Michael has spent over 10 years in e-commerce. He's run paid media for hundreds of brands, built and operated his own DTC brand, and most recently worked inside a top 10 TikTok Shop agency, where he managed creator programs and campaigns end to end. That mix gives him a clear view of how brands actually operate on TikTok Shop: how they source creators, how outreach really happens at scale, how live shopping and affiliate revenue actually compound, and how teams report on GMV. Hubfluence is the platform he wished existed when he was scaling brands himself, designed around the workflow real operators use every day.

Aaron Kong
Aaron is a technologist with a track record of building scalable software platforms. Before Hubfluence, he founded and operated several companies in the e-commerce space, including ventures focused on Amazon and Walmart sellers, where he built the data, automation, and seller-tooling backbone that those marketplaces demand. That same playbook (clean data pipelines, reliable automation, and tooling that respects how operators actually work) translates directly to TikTok Shop. At Hubfluence he leads the engineering org and owns the AI-powered systems that let brands discover, message, and manage creators at scale.
